Last Night at Butt karachi Restaurant

Karachi is truly MINI PAKISTAN. Kaunsa culture We have all the beautiful colorful people from all over the country living here in the city of KOLACHI and they have given us all the fabulous cuisines.

Last night I got a chance to catch up with my team (SWOT TEAM) and indulge in the most wondeful flavors From the amazing lassi (proper with balaai and daahi) to the suji ka HALWA everything was an absolute delight. While I am not a huge kukur eater I have to admit I could not stop eating the DESI MURGI MAKHAN KARAHI, the MUTTON KAALI mirch and the MUTTON DAMDAAR were at another level.

Not to be compared to the different other styles of Shinwaari or Peshawari Karahis - these have also made a space in my heart.

The laal aata roti were just the perfect carb to have these with.

Thu I was not expecting it but I found the BBQ to be exemplary as well especially the BEEF BAYMISAAL kebabs.

Cant wait to go back especially since I have been promised HALWA that will be even better than what we had yesterday.

It was wonderful to catch up with some of my team after a long time. Missed the rest.....but inshallah another place another time we shall ALL meat and eat.
