Experiments in the kitchen - ZUCCHINIS

If you have followed my posts in Steemit, you already know that I really enjoy cooking with @furious-one.
Somebody brought us some zucchinis, it means we should cook something new. Excellent!
We love to try new things. We have never used zucchini in our foods so far. So, let's try!
As we don't know any options how to cook it, we fried those the simplest way we could.
Cut zucchinis to slices.
Mix together eggs with salt and fresh pepper.
Cover all slices with flour. After that drown those into egg mixture.
Add smashed bread, to make those crispy.
Fry both sides till these are golden brown.
Serve with tomato.
It is so easy to cook, tasty and very nutritious.

What else would you add? Bacon?
