Sweet potato leaves are a big delicacy in east Africa, especially Tanzania. We stir fry with quite a bit of tomatoes, onions, peppers,salt its perfect.

Here in the Philippines, iv noticed they eat it more like a salad. Think they blanch it then mix with raw tomatoes, onions and sprinkle bit of lemon /lime juice.
@little-peppers are blessed to have such varities.
