I fasted for 22hours and don't feel guilty eating all these!

I didn't started eating until about 1:30 pm today, and had a really good work out... Sort of torturing myself at the gym 😂 but as a reward, I had a feast!

I showed my friends how I make pizza from scratch and am glad they loved it! If only we can find a really good oven, the pizza would came out perfect. Coz their oven the same as ours were the heat is only at the bottom, maybe will check our other neighbor friend's oven next time we make other pizza.

I ended my fast at around 5pm and after sitting on our chair for a couple hours we decided to burn some calories. We walked around the community and went to the kids play ground where it was empty so we played football and volleyball ball.

We're going to have another food trip this Thursday and we still haven't decided what to cook.

ooooh! Always nice to reward yourself with something tasty after having a good workout! I am doing my best to stay away from carbs and sugar at the moment so I wont be joining you in the indulgence haha!

I am a nutritionist and have been intermittent fasting and water fasting for years and believe full heatedly in the health and psychological benefits so it's great to see it picking up and more and more people giving it a try! Thanks for sharing your experience so others may want to try as well! :)

When the body is resting from digesting, it can concentrate on so many other aspects of performance which is why a fasted work out feels so great!

I wanted to give you a high five for completing your fast and for making your own pizza but I also wanted to offer some info that I hope will help you feel even better!

When the body hasn't had anything to eat in a while, going right into pizza or burgers or anything heavy is really tough on it and so it shocks the system. I always suggest eating or drinking something light first! A smoothie works great, then a half hour later you can dive into everything else and the body will appreciate it a lot more! <3 Hope this helps!
