First Time I Saw A Dry-Aging Beef...

It's huge!

First time I saw a beef this big!

The pink stone like that you see at the bottom are himalayan salt, it helps pulls the moisture from the beef, so cool right?

This is inside Spiral Buffet at Sofitel Manila, the grand buffet I've ever been to.

Though, this wasn't serve on the menu, I wonder when will they prepare it. Am guessing some special occasions.

Ha, I would love to cut some thin slices from this beef and make a sandwich from it, yummmmm!

Oh btw I have several delish photos to share from the food I had at the buffet. Omg you won't believe how much food this place have on. It's quite overwhelming. So, stay tuned! 😉

    I have never tried a dried again beef, unless I already had one from one the dishes at the buffets and just didn't know it. 😂

      U don't see it like that... more of an art to me 😅. I think if they do this to the animal's head.

      I was on vegetarian for almost a year because sort of detoxing. I do love animals but that's how nature is, it's survival of the fittest.
