Oh i did not know that heart of palms were also famous in Chile! Interesting! I recently made a post on it and i was surprised that many people were not aware of this amazing product!

You're right, many people do not know. It is a 'staple' in Chile. It is very commonly served at 'Tea Time.' Thanks so much for commenting @progressivechef
