Our viand for today's dinner : Paksiw n Tilapia
Good evening to my steemit family!
Kain tayo! (Let's eat!)
This is one of my favorite viand. It's Paksiw na Tilapia(mudfish). We usually have this fish fried but since its dinner time, it's best to be served as Paksiw. Paksiw is like our famous adobo but instead of sauteing the condiments we just put them all together until it's done. And this could last for days. Or until supply lasts.. Lol!
