Coconut Tapioca Pudding - healthy vegan dessert
I've just found another place called Selina in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where there are great vegan options on the menu. This dessert is one of my favourites. It is very light and tasty. It is dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free, as well :)
