Just chop squash in cubes and boil in coconut MILK with crushed garlic and a bit of salt, you can add prawns/shrimps if you wish. I love it with boneless smoked fish too. You can add other fruit veggies too like bitter gourd, eggplant, cowpea and okra. Add chili if you like hot & spicy. When squash is half cooked add coconut CREAM with thinly sliced onions and wait until cooked. :)
