Crunchy Chocolate Christmas Tree - Original Recipe - A 100% Chocolate Post
Hi Steemians and chocoholics! Today I'll share with you an easy recipe to make a chocolate biscuit. As it's Christmas soon I'll use a Christmas tree mold. Lovely isn'it?
You'll need :
- Chocolate
- Biscuit
This morning I received from the postman a gift from @lajulius who is my girlfriend.
These are famous belgian biscuits you generaly soak in your coffee. So let's transform those ingredients in beautiful Christmas tree!
- First crumble the biscuit. I use a pestel to crush them.
- Passing through a sieve and crush again.
- Melt chocolate in bain marie
- Mix your chocolate and crushed biscuit in a bowl
- Now fill up the mold and put in the fridge.
- Wait until it become rigid and then unmold. That's it!!
- Add some icing sugar for the snow effect
