Crepe Suzette or Mikado - Easy and yummy Recipe
Hi Steemians! Today I'd like to share with you a recipe easy and yummy! "La crepe Suzette"
- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- Vanilla sugar
- 30g butter
- 1/2 L milk
- Melt down the butter in a cup and set aside
- In a large dish sift the flour and add the eggs
- Add the milk gradually and begin to mix
- Add the melting butter and vanilla sugar when mixing
- Once finished put in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Prepare the pan and butter for cooking
- Not too much butter in the pan but make sure there are some on the edge to prevent from sticking
- When it's cook add sugar for a "crepe suzette" or chocolate for a "mikado"

well, I can't blame you - that looks delicious and prefer the chocolate as filling :)
@lajulius prefers too with chocolate :p and yes you copy @bleujay like students but if you don't want to get caught when cheating you have to cheat intelligently don't copy the mistakes "por" ("for" in english) is "pour" ah ah ;) ask your students they will teach you how to cheat lol
