My own version of cooking Lechon Paksiw
This is my food photography today at 8:33 am. I am cooking Lechon Paksiw but this is not yet finish. This is the leftover Lechon baboy chop to small pieces and cook again to what we called "Lechon Paksiw"

This is the complete cooking.
Ingredients: onions, garlic, Black pepper and ginger.
