Grilled Salmon with Lemon
Grilled Salmon with Lemon
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon fillet;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- ¼ glasses of white wine;
- 1½ lemon;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- a pinch of red pepper;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill.
Cooking
Place a large frying pan on medium heat, heat the oil and put the fillet skin up. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown, then flip.
Add wine, juice of 1 lemon, chopped garlic and red pepper. Bring to a boil, pouring the fillet with the resulting sauce.
When the salmon darkens, take it out. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in ½ lemon juice. Stir well. The sauce should be cooked until it thickens. It takes about 2 minutes.
Pour fish sauce, garnish with dill and lemon slices.
