Looks great! Quick question...do you ever add some kind of protein powder for a little boost, or do you not recommend that?

I never add protein powder. We try to avoid all processed foods. Usually, it is a misconception that people don't get enough protein. Every plant has protein and protein deficiencies are very rare. Even among vegans. Thanks for your comment @pbgreenpoint.
