Ingredients:
- Egg chicken 1 piece
- Margarine 70 g
- Raspberry 360 g
- Wheat flour 290 g
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 275 g
- Butter 40 g
Preparation:
Knead the dough (1 egg, 50 g (2 tablespoons) of sugar, 70 g of margarine (can be replaced with butter), 200 g of flour). Egg rub with sugar and butter and add flour. Form the cake, put it in the form where the pie will be baked (you need a shape approximately 25-30 cm in diameter) and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
While the dough is cooled, it is possible to make a cover (40 g of butter, 90 g (3 tablespoons) of flour, 75 g (3 tablespoons) of sugar Mix the flour, sugar and oil until a small crumb is obtained.
Remove the mold from the freezer from the dough and place the raspberries on the dough in a uniform layer.
Mix in a glass of mango (2 tablespoons) and sugar (150 g) and sprinkle on raspberries.
Put the last layer on the top.
Pie baked at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
