Classical okroshka with sausage

Ingredients

• 4-5 cooked potatoes;
• 5 boiled eggs;
• 8-10 radishes;
• 2-3 fresh cucumbers;
• 300 g of boiled or smoked sausage;
• 1 bunch of dill;
• 1 bunch of green onions;
• salt - to taste;
• sour cream or mayonnaise - to taste;
• kvass - to taste.

Preparation

Cut the potatoes, eggs, radish, cucumber and sausage into cubes. Grind the greens. Mix all the ingredients and salt. Add sour cream or mayonnaise, season with kvass and mix again.
