LOBSTER DINNER
At the Paradise Found home, we all love Lobster, especially Lesly and I, it is our favorite meal.
With the historic spring snow storm outside, we decided to make the best of it and enjoy one of our favorite meals.
Lobster in the pot to steam
I have always favored steaming food, and lobster is no different. Steaming keeps all the flavor and nutrients in the food that can be lost when boiling in water. So I set the tasty tails to steam on the stove. Meanwhile I also steamed asparagus and baked 3 nice size potatoes.

So in the middle of the worst spring snow in memory, we were very grateful to enjoy this tasty treat!!

Indeed, lobster is amazing!!
It is snowing even harder now!!
so far we have received about 20 inches this weekend.
They say it will quit in about 12 hours from now.

Yum! Lobster tails and baked potato! But the all-time favourite spring food is steamed asparagus! Nice Dinner for a blizzardy night.
