Cook this Delicious and sort of fancy dish in just 15 minutes!
- 200 gr Tuna Steak
- Citric seasoning
- Olive oil
- Natural Goat Cheese
- Dried cranberries
- Mango Vinaigrette
First of all you need to wash the spinach and leave them in a recipient covered with water and some disinfectant. We’ll leave them there for 10 minutes.
Dip each side of the Tuna steak into the citric seasoning, do it fairly quick, you don’t want your steak covered with an excessive amount of seasoning.
Since we are only going to sear the Tuna Steak, we are not going to cook it yet or it will be ready way before the salad, remember we are still waiting on the spinach to be ready. In the mean time lets get the rest of the ingredients for our salad ready. We are going to crush our cashews a little bit and cut some pieces of the goat cheese like this:
Now we are ready to sear out Tuna Steak, pour some olive oil into a pan over medium-high heat, once is hot, put the Tuna Steak in it and let it cook approximately for 2 minutes on each side and then take it out and put it on a plate. Leave it rest while we prepare our salad.
Now that the spinach are ready, lets take them out of the recipient and dry them with either some paper towel or a centrifuge. Once it is dry, put them in the serving plate, add the cranberries, the crushed cashews and the goat cheese, then pour some Mango Vinaigrette all over you salad.
Finally slice your Tuna Steak and put it right beside your salad. And Voila !!! You can enjoy it with some Rosé Wine.
