Salad with shrimp, corn and avocado
Salad is easy to make. Various salads can be made by including many vegetables and fruits. Some people eat salads with great fervor, some people do not even touch it. Those who do not eat salad, they must make it part of their meal. By not doing so, you can be deprived of its many benefits.
Ingredients
- 500 g of shrimp;
- 1 teaspoon kajun spice or pepper mixture;
- a pinch of table salt;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- a bunch of Romano lettuce;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 3 small cucumbers;
- 2 avocados;
- ½ red onion;
- 200 g of fresh or canned corn:
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- a small bunch of cilantro;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt;
- a pinch of black pepper.
Cooking
Rinse and peel the shrimp. Put in a deep plate and add kajun or a mixture of peppers, plain salt and crushed garlic, mix.
In a non-stick pan, heat the butter and fry the shrimp over medium heat until transparent. Put in a bowl.
Coarsely chop the washed salad, tomatoes and cucumber, chop the peeled avocado into cubes, and chop the onions in half rings. Add the corn and combine everything with the shrimp.
Combine lemon juice, finely chopped cilantro and olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, mix and season the salad.
