How to make a spicy pasta at home

Ingredients
- Pasta: 250 grams
- Capsicum: Half cup (finely chopped)
- Tomato: Half cup (finely chopped)
- Onion: Half cup (finely chopped)
- Garlic: One tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Green chilli: One small spoon (finely chopped) Chopped)
- celery leaf: one teaspoon
- tomato puree: one cup black
- pepper powder: one teaspoon
- red chili powder: half teaspoon
- cottage cheese: two tablespoons (grated)
- sugar: one teaspoon
- oil: two tablespoons
- salt : Garam masala as per taste: a pinch
Preparation
To make masala pasta, first boil the pasta and keep it aside.
After this, take a pan and heat oil in it, fry green chillies, garlic, onion, tomatoes and capsicum properly.
Fry all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes till they turn golden.
When the vegetables are fried, add tomato puree, black pepper powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
Keep stirring continuously and when you feel that the gravy is thick, then add boiled pasta to it. Add pasta and mix it while stirring well and let it cook on low flame for a while.
After this, turn off the hot masala gas from the top. This is how masala pasta is prepared.
