Food Review - TRADER JOE'S MAC & CHEESE BITES

Whenever I'm looking for something different, I usually find myself at Trader Joe's. They do a good job of taking familiar foods and tweaking them enough to deliver something new. A perfect example of that is their Mac & Cheese Bites.

From their website:

Mac & Cheese Bites are pretty much just that - rich, creamy macaroni & cheese, rolled into balls and lightly breaded, ready for you to bake & serve.

Pretty simple, right? They take about 10 minutes to make depending on how crispy you want them. The mac & cheese filling is excellent. It tastes more like homemade mac & cheese than the Kraft version. I've eaten these plain and I've also dipped them in ketchup, barbecue sauce, and tomato sauce. These are amazing dipped in tomato sauce. Especially the tomato sauce I created in this post.

If you're a fan of macaroni and cheese, I highly recommend Trader Joe's Mac & Cheese Bites. You won't be disappointed.
