I can recommend Roasted Radishes. They have an awesome taste after roasting them. Drizzle them with some olive oil and thyme, then serve them and add a dash of lemon juice - yum!
Wow, that looks amazing. I did not realize you could cook them. Pretty cool stuff. 😎
