I can recommend Roasted Radishes. They have an awesome taste after roasting them. Drizzle them with some olive oil and thyme, then serve them and add a dash of lemon juice - yum!
Haha i eat them just like this too, but then again I eat almost all veggies plain and raw, except for things like potatoes lol. I do love salads too though. You should check out the recipes on our Youtube Channel, its called Healthy Recipe Channel. I have some amazing salad recipes I really love. Especially some with barley and with Chickpeas. So good in the hot summer months here in Florida
