Rockefeller's Delight.

Here's another dish we put out yesterday for the entrée midi. This one is a definite classic.

Rockefeller Oysters!

These are oysters that have been opened with the "feet" already detached and are stuffed with deliciousness. These oysters I stuffed with sauteed button mushrooms, garlic, smoked provolone cheese and bacon. You cook these bad boys for about 10 minutes at around 400°F to make sure the oyster is cooked and the cheese is toasty golden.

After that, take 'em out and onto the plate.

More commonly Rockefellers are stuffed with spinach rather than mushrooms but it doesn't hurt to switch it up once in a while.
