FOOD ART #30: Chocolate Pyramid 😍
Hello Steemians,
My wife started a new journey as she had her first school day last Tuesday. She started the first day of her study to become a Pastry Chef, cool huh?! 😎 And lucky me! 😉 So I wanted to show you this piece of food art she made for her final exam of her preliminary study.
The pyramid is made out of Chocolate covered in Cocoa and decorated with Chocolate Roses 😊
On the inside you'll find a Cocoa Flower with a Delicious Dessert inside. The Flower opens up when you pour the Hot White Chocolate around it 😄
Than on the inside of the Flower you'll get this Delicious Coconut Meringue Raspberry Bavarois 😍 (interior made from Raspberry Cream, Chocolade Biscuit and finished with a Jelly Layer)
