Seafood, Lobster, TomYum and Chinese Fondue #NhamTe style :)

I need to share this with you all.
Do you like seafood? Well this dish might be great to you!

I call it Tomyum Fondue. Tomyum comes from Thailand. It's a sweet and sour kind of soup.
I like Chinese Fondue to, put it together and you will get Tomyum Fondue, because you use the soup base of Tomyum.

You can use all kind of seafood. The taste of the tomyumsoup goes so well with all the seafood. You can use crab meat, shrimp, squid, oysters, mussels, all kind of fish and the greatest seafood: Lobsters!

And ofcourse don't forget all the vegetables!
You can use all kind of mushrooms, Asian vegetables like Paksoi, Choisam, Kailan and more. Actually you can use all vegetables you like. I even like young babycorn and tofu in it.

You can make it as delicious as you want :)

Eat it with noodles, rice sticks or just rice. I did enjoy my dinner. Hope you enjoy my post! :)
