Learning to make Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls
A month ago, my son got to experience a very special activity at his childcare. He loves making things and experimenting, especially with food. One day, at lunch time his educator taught them how to make Vietnamese rice paper rolls. He absolutely loved it!
The ingredients of the Vietnamese rice paper roll they used included: carrots, celery, tomatoes, tuna, soy sauce and rice paper wrap. Firstly, they dipped the rice paper wrap into water, then they rolled it with vegetables and tuna inside. A very healthy and fun lunch time activity.
