I wish we could change our food habits so they didn't harm our bodies so much- I am working on doing my part to help with that =D SO glad to hear you liked it! I completely agree :) I try to eat organic and local as much as possible and I'm always checking ingredients labels and asking questions, to get to the bottom of what's really going into my food. I really liked that you've incorporated using local ingredients as part of the culinary challenge this week and I think that's such an important part of making conscious choices when it comes to food.
