Cozy moments

Saturday nights are always reserved for me and hubby exclusive. It is our routine that we watch a movie in a theatre and then have a meal out somewhere. Since past 3 months this routine was completely disturbed as I was travelling and we would not do this alone without each other. Last evening finally we got chance to spend our evening like always. We went to see the new movie released Sarfira. The movie is based on the struggles of starting the India's first low cost airline. Since me and hubby have had airline work background we are always interested in watching these kind of movies. The movie was captivating and it brought out so many facts of the Deccan Airlines which the general public would never know. It was really surprising to see how against all odds this Airline was launched and started operating.

Normally when both of us go for movie, we end up eating something at the theatre itself and our meal is done, but last evening I wanted to visit the Restaurant Paul's which is in the same mall as the cinema theatre, so we avoided all the theatre snacks. By the time the movie got over it was 9.45 and I was damn hungry. The restaurant was at a 5 minutes walk so we quickly reached and ordered our dishes.

Their Avocado and Prawns fry is a signature dish which I relish a lot, so whenever I come here it is like a not to miss dish :-)

We also ordered one more dish Ginger chicken with black rice. In the city there is only this one place where black rice is served and they taste very good. They are a little hard in comparison to the white rice, their chef makes this dish very well and it just tastes amazing.

The initial plan was to have some desert after the food, their deserts are out of the world, but we were stuffed and there was no place for deserts. We both eat small portions so between both of us we could not finish the food and we had to take a doggy bag. It was a lovely evening cozily spent with hubby.
