做桂鱼汤的方法我是从远州国际酒店大厨学来的,一次在湖中酒店的偶遇,我们认识了,他在国内厨艺比赛拿过数次大奖,算是国内厨艺界的大师,他教会了我如何制作这个桂鱼汤,今天在这献丑了

Step one:

步骤一:
桂鱼洗干净后,需撒盐和料酒浸泡1小时

做桂鱼汤是非常讲究的,关键在用油和水
我们需要三种油, 菜油,猪油,色拉油, 比例是1:1:1, 水必须是泉水,如果没有泉水,请用农夫山泉


Two:

二:
菜油,猪油,色拉油, 比例是1:1:1, 烧熟,煎鱼,在煎的过程中,请不要翻动,否则鱼不能保持完整, 直到一面金黄再翻煎另外一面

三:加泉水煮鱼,烧10-15分钟
