how to make simple sushi

Materials:

  • 2 handfuls of rice
  • 2 handfuls of glutinous rice
  • 2 pieces of nori / seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon of foreign soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 medium bratwurst sausage
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste

Ways of making:

  • Prepare a rice cooker.
  • Cook the sushi rice first, by mixing regular rice and glutinous rice with about 250 ml of water.
  • Use low heat and cook the rice until half cooked.
    While waiting, cut the cucumber, carrots and sausages, cut lengthwise.
  • When the rice is half cooked, steam the rice again together with the sausage and carrots that have been cut.
  • Leave it until the rice is cooked and fluffier, move it in another container.
  • Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar, mix well.
  • Fry the garlic until brown, remove and drain.
  • Fry an omelette, don't forget to add salt and pepper.
  • Cut the omelet lengthwise.
  • Prepare a sushi roll, or it could be a rectangular plastic.
  • Put the nori on the bottom.
  • Next rice, spread it over the nori.
  • Arrange the sausages, carrots and eggs on top.
  • Sprinkle fried garlic.
  • Add mayonnaise.
  • Roll the sushi by applying a little pressure to make it solid.
  • Cut 1.5 cm in size with a sharp knife.
  • Sushi roll is ready to be served.
