Is the blood raw? How do you eat it? Is it common? I don't remember seeing it while I was in Vietnam.
yes ,blood raw ,It is mixed with cooked meat, minced, seasoned with coriander, mixed with lemon juice and pepper
How much is it normally? I might give it a shot the next time I am in Ho Chi Minh
