“鱼腥草”是折耳根比较正式的名称，据说是十大难以下咽的食物之一，但我觉得它特别美味，四川大多数地方都称之为折耳根。之前 @mrpointp也分享过，其实大多时候都是凉拌，有时候炖汤或者放在麻辣烫里面煮着吃。这道拌菜出自校门口的一家餐厅，它里面还放有茴香豆，生姜少许，辣和咸味都控制得刚好好，非常适合拌饭。

我好像吃不了鱼腥草啦😂还有还有，我记得之前在报纸上看过一则新闻，鱼腥草是一味中药有一定的毒性呢，亲食用的时候务必注意～
没事，在四川是家常菜，是解毒的中药，一般冬夏会吃到。😊
