Turkey noodle 火鸡面

Today I want to share this dish with you and it's also for the entry of food photography challenge.

今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

去年有一段时间有一种名叫“火鸡面”的方便面非常流行，上图便是火鸡面，这种面以辣闻名。从辣的角度来讲，火鸡面的辣与川菜的辣不同，个人认为前者是纯粹的“辣”，越吃越辣，不过味道还是挺不错的。
