Rice sheets is a familiar dish of Vietnamese people. They have to go through many complicated steps to make rice paper. Materials include:

• Meat
• Egg
• vermicelli
• Carrots
• Potatoes
• Wood ear
• Rice paper

Step1: Wash, chop the meat
Step2: Cutting yarn potatoes, carots, wood ears
Step3: Soak the vermicelli with warm water
Step4: Mix all together
Step5: Put some of the kernel on one end of the cake and roll it
Step6: Put the pan on the kitchen, boil the cooking oil and then add rice paper rolls to fry, until you see the two sides of gold are picked up on a plate of paper lined with oil
