in #food โ€ข 6 years ago

Hello everyone! How are you?

I have not been here for a few days, but I have not forgotten about you! I'm still traveling with my husband and daughter and so much going on! We moved from New Zealand to Australia, first we stopped near Cairns, and then we flew to Brisbane. In the meantime, my daughter started walking alone! She set her first steps at the airport in Auckland and started walking at the beach in Port Douglas ...so I'm very active now, if you know what I mean ๐Ÿ˜‚ย

Today I would like to share my healthy food from New Zealand. ย

See what vegetarians and vegans can eat in Kiwi-land:

1. Auckland - What vegetarians kill for:ย

Vegan burger: crumbed pumpkin, carrot, chickpea & ginger bites, melted vegan provolone, miso pea mash, raw grated beetroot with chia seed.

Vegetarian burger: mushroom, kumara (sweet potatoe), chickpea and basil patty, melted vegetarian cheddar, truffle mascarpone, sweet plum sauce.

2. Auckland - Vegan Malaysian meals:

3. Napier - Indian dinner: Aloo gobi, dal makhani, rice and garlic naan:

4. Vegan food at the Tauranga festival:

Kombucha: triple filtered rain water, kombucha SCOBY ย culture, fairtrade organic sugar, hibiscus & berryfruits tisane, fairtrade organic black tea, fairtrade organic green tea.

Vegan fast food:

ย ๐Ÿ’š ย ๐Ÿ’š ย ๐Ÿ’šย

5. ย Healthy sweets: energy balls with dates, nuts, seeds and dried fruits. See how easy it is to prepare them yourself!ย

Bless you!
