🍂 Warming Fall Breakfast: Millet Poridge with Figs & Walnuts 🥣 VEGAN
In autumn, start the day with a warm breakfast! You can cook poridge with the addition of autumn fruits and vegetables. Add nuts, seeds and ...some chocolate 😋
I caught the last figs this season. They perfectly match the walnuts, which I have a million in my garden!
What do you need?
- a cup of millet groats
- water or vegetable milk
- 1 apple or pear
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of turmeric
- a pinch of ginger
- a teaspoon of unrafined coconut oil
- a few figs
- a handful of walnuts
- banana (I used red banana)
- dark chocolate (I used chocolate with almonds)
Cook a millet on water or milk with the addition of salt, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and choped apple.
Add a coconut oil and mix. Serve with figs, walnuts, banana and chocolate.
Eat while it's warm 😉
