🍂 Warming Fall Breakfast: Millet Poridge with Figs & Walnuts 🥣 VEGAN

In autumn, start the day with a warm breakfast! You can cook poridge with the addition of autumn fruits and vegetables. Add nuts, seeds and ...some chocolate 😋
I caught the last figs this season. They perfectly match the walnuts, which I have a million in my garden!

What do you need?

• a cup of millet groats
• water or vegetable milk
• 1 apple or pear
• a pinch of Himalayan salt
• a pinch of cinnamon
• a pinch of turmeric
• a pinch of ginger
• a teaspoon of unrafined coconut oil
• a few figs
• a handful of walnuts
• banana (I used red banana)
• dark chocolate (I used chocolate with almonds)

Cook a millet on water or milk with the addition of salt, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and choped apple.
Add a coconut oil and mix. Serve with figs, walnuts, banana and chocolate.
Eat while it's warm 😉
