Warm Salad with chicken liver

Ingredients

• 200 g of chicken liver;
• ½ tablespoon of olive oil;
• ½ teaspoon dried rosemary;
• 140 g of string beans;
• 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
• 100 g of watercress;
• 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  
  

Preparation

Cut chicken liver into small pieces, pour olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Fry the liver on high heat for 5-6 minutes until it turns dark brown.

Pour the string beans into boiling water for 3 minutes, then pour into a colander and allow it to cool slightly. Lay the beans, chopped lettuce leaves and watercress on a dish. Pour in the frying pan with the liver vinegar, mix and lay it over the green.
