Snack saludable post-entreno

Después de hacer ejercicio hay que reponer fuerzas!!!
Yo hoy me he preparado un yogur eco natural con un plátano, una cucharada de crema de cacahuete (100% cacahuete) y un puñado de semillas variadas.
Está delicioso, yummy
