Wild Olive-The Process Of The Harvest/ A Superfood In Your Salad!
Collecting the fruit from the tree...
Washing...
We carve it in the middle...
We put the olives in a jar with water for 15 days, but we change the water everyday...
After that we should put salt in the water...
Also we put an egg in the water first...
We put the salt in the water and mix it with a spoon...
When the egg comes on the surface we managed the right ratio of water/salt...
Then we put again the olives in the jar...
Οne day after, we rinse them off the salt and we put them in vinegar, also we could add some oil and a leaf of laurel...
Now we can add them in our salad :)
