Greetings Steemians. Today we have lentils.
Lentils is a very typical dish in the Mediterranean diet, it has a great nutritional contribution.
Before there was a lot in the houses, some of them did not want to see them. There is a phrase that was said, (lentils, if you want to eat them and if you do not), but more than one has swallowed them without wanting them.
Apart from all this, it is a stew that I like a lot, as long as it is well made.

- Rice

I step
Put a little oil in the pot to heat, chop the onion and throw.
Chop, tomato, pepper, carrots and add it.
II step
We cut the chorizo, in this case it had chistorra, and the pot.
We add all the spices except the salt.
III step
We incorporate the lentils, I put three puñaditos like this for two people. It depends on the type of lentils, I do not soak them, because I like these that are tiny, but if we have others that are a little larger, we can soak them the night before.
We remove everything, and cover with enough cold water, so that it warms up slowly, when it takes 30 minutes add salt and rice, one or two puffs and let 20 or 30 minutes over medium heat or slow, until the lentils and the soft rice
If we need more water at any time of the process we add it hot, so as not to cut the boil.
