Hello, hello my beautiful people!

In this opportunity I bring you the recipe of some delicious empanadas of ripe banana (neither ripe nor green), ideal for breakfast or for dinner, they are made without flour, without gluten, without oil, or butter, only with banana and cheese, can also be filled with ground meat, vegetables or vegetable meat. These empanadas are ideal for people who are dieting or just want to eat healthy.



Breakfast is the first meal of the day and the most important of all, that is why it is necessary to put food in the mouth that gives energy. The banana contains a variety of nutrients and its taste is pleasant. This recipe is ideal for celiacs and is very versatile, it can be prepared in different ways and with different foods.

The banana empanadas, they are usually fried, the recipe that I bring to you today, is baked, much healthier, At home they were fascinated with the recipe, I confess that it is the first time I do them. This recipe is very easy to prepare and does not take much time in the kitchen. Without further ado, let's go to the recipe.




Ingredients:

2 bananas pintones

Cheese to grate (the amount needed)


preparation:

First what we should do is parboil the bananas, when they are ready let stand, grate the cheese and reserve.



When the bananas are fresh (that they are not very cold, but that you can manipulate them, without burning yourself), mash the puree type bananas, knead little by little, with a lot of patience until you get a consistent dough.



Once the dough is ready, we make a small ball and place it in a plastic bag, put another plastic bag over it and crush it with a rolling pin or a plate, add the cheese or the filling of your preference, fold the dough with the help of the bag.



With a cup of the size of your preference short and we give the shape of empanada, we remove the edge and when all empanadas are ready, they are taken to the oven for 20 minutes or until they brown.



Ready the banana empanadas, a delight for the palate of the Venezuelans, you can also cook them in a budare or a pan, the kitchens on both sides. You can enjoy them now.
