The very 1st entry was salmon - you guys just have a different sauce the author used Asian chili sauce. This would have made it to the contest . It's on every friday on my page - so that's going to be in the morrow - for announcement :)

OK going to get some groceries, this is what we are having for supper :) Going to be freezedrying some salmon soon anyway. Will definitely be keeping this recipe close for now and future use.
