Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits and virtues including:

It soothes digestive problems

I have to admit that I like salad purely because of a vinegar. I don't think I could eat it without. If somehow I don't have salad for lunch I love to take a spoon of vinegar after the meal. It really helps with digestion.
