Great idea to dehydrate strawberries! Oh I love anything with strawberries but if I had to pick my favourite, it would be a pavlova!

I did it for Steemit Iron Chef last year, meringues with a nutty base and served with strawberries and cream. Just a regular meringue recipe :)
