Carnivore Adventures: Breakfast is My New Favorite of the Day
I used to somewhat hate breakfast. I never had it ready in time, it was never quite what I wanted or it was full of sugar or both and I never felt very good after. I never understood the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day until I went on the Carnivore diet. Now Iook forward to it more than every meal partially because I love both bacon and eggs. To breakfast!
