Breakfast Dogs with Home Raised Eggs Food Photo Shoot and Recipe

When life gives you a few extra hot dog buns, make breakfast dogs. Complete with bacon, good quality butter and home raised eggs, these were a perfect and simple way to start the day while using extra ingredients.

It started with frying of strips of bacon, two for each hot dog bun

Remember that bloody egg from this post a few days ago? This is what we did with it, and it was awesome.

Open it up and butter it well.

Toast on both sides on low heat

Until it looks like this

Fry the eggs, over easy. We used one chicken egg and one quail egg for each sandwich.

Top with bacon, the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste and it's ready to eat!
