Dumplings with potatoes + photo
To prepare the dough, we need:
Water -500 ml or kefir
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
A pinch of salt.
All this is mixed, then this mixture is poured into flour and kneaded tightly.
The finished dough is left for 20-30 minutes
Filling:
Boil the peeled potatoes until they are ready and shred.
Fry the onions cut into small cubes in vegetable oil and mix with potatoes.
Preparation of vareniki.
Cut off a small piece of dough and roll it with sausage. Then we cut this sausage not into large cubes, after which these cubes are rolled into thin little cakes. After that, we lay out the potatoes on them and cover them.
Then boil and our delicious dumplings are ready. You can eat with sour cream or ajika.
