Thirsty Thursdays: A Recipe Video for A Kefir Smoothie And The Many Benefits of Drinking Kefir!
Hi Everyone!
As I'm writing this recipe post, I am enjoying a cup of the kefir smoothie that this recipe is all about and it is super tasty!

Kefir Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain kefir
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of your choice of frozen fruit (I used a mango strawberry blend in the video!)
- 1 banana
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until completely combined.
- Enjoy a delicious and healthy kefir smoothie!
